the days are getting longer. The windows are open. And Dino is cooking as if he personally invited spring over – and spring arrived with everything it had.
To start: a Pea And Mint Soup. Vegan, cool and fresh, a bowl that smells like a garden in May. You close your eyes for a second and suddenly feel very far away. But in a good way.
Then the Buckwheat Salad. Vegan, colourful, with exactly the kind of lightness you want when the sun finally starts warming the city again.
If you prefer something creamier: Gnocchi In Green Asparagus Cream With Smoked Salmon. Silky, smoky, a dish that feels like a hug – but an elegant one.
And for everyone craving contrast: Chili Con Carne With A Bread Roll. Rich, direct, Dino stirs and seasons until it starts to glow. With a bread roll. Of course with a bread roll.
For dessert, the Strawberry Tiramisu is staying with us a little longer. Because strawberries simply belong right now. And because Dino knows when not to take something good off the menu too soon.
And then: the Violet Spritz. A quarter litre, purple, seductive – the most sensual drink we’ve had in a while. One sip, and suddenly everything makes sense.
Let’s be honest: this week tastes like spring with the windows wide open.
